Air went out. We have kids and my elderly father just had heart surgery. Told him. Been waiting for 3 days and he is now refusing to come out at all
Our air went out on Wednesday,june 17. so muehlbauer heating and air was suppose to come out. Everyday this guy has said he'd be out the next. We have waited all day,june 19!! Finally got ahold of him and told him we have young children and my father who has just came home from the hospital,and he needed to get out here and fix it like he said he would. I did not tell or cuss,I actually feel like I was very polite considering. That upset him and is now refusing to come fix it! So now who knows when we will have our air fixed! I am stuck here worried about my family in 90+ degree weather.

I have read many similar complaints. Honestly I don't think this guy should be in business. He's wasting people's time and money. And causing a lot of stress!

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this company. The owner *** was selected by my American Home Shield warranty as the contractor to come fix my AC unit the week of July 4th. He called Monday morning to let me know he would be coming to look at my AC that evening and would give me a call before he came to make sure I was home from work. During this phone call he was friendly and all seemed well. After that however, I never received a call from him so I called him at 7:30 in the evening to get an ETA on when he would be there, he stated that he had come by my house (without calling first to make sure I was home from work) earlier in the day and nobody was home so he left. He admitted it was his fault for not calling me first and said he would try to come Tuesday to look at it. He told me not to call him until I got off work Tuesday, so I did just that and got no answer. I called back an hour later and got no answer. He called back shortly after and was very rude (answered the phone by saying "yeah you called me, what do you need?") and stated he was done for the day and not able to make it out. Told him I really needed it fixed before Thursday (July 4th) or else I would be in a very bad situation because nobody will be working the next few days so we scheduled an appointment for him to come fix it Wednesday at 4:15pm. I hurried home from work to be home by 4:15 and he was not there. I gave him until 5:15 before I called him (no answer) and left a voicemail. I then gave another 30 minutes and called again which he did not answer. It is now Friday and I still have not heard back from him. I finally got the home warranty company to provide me a new contractor. To sum this up, Muehlbauer provided terrible service and never got the job done in addition to being rude and unable to answer/return phone calls. What makes this even more sad is that the owner himself is who I was dealing with which really proves how poorly the company must operate. I would recommend anyone to exhaust all other options before turning to this company for service.

Home warranty sent this company out to my house. Seemed like a nice enough guy until he took a check from my mom after job was done (I was at work so my mom came to my house for the repairs). She didn't realize I paid already online but the guy from this company did & he took the check anyway AND he deposited it! Of course it bounced because I had already paid online. The company would not answer the many calls I made nor would they return them. Because the check bounced it cost me $37 bucks. I called & complained to my home warranty company & she refunded my money & she tried contacting him a few times & he never returned her calls either. A few months later he tried to deposit the check again & it cleared. I'm thinking that's probably illegal!
And of course he won't answer the phone, return the calls or emails!
My warranty company was supposed to put in my file that this company is never to me assigned to my home. I ordered & paid for service this morning & this lying, cheating company is who they assigned. I call & get a woman who just kept repeating herself over & over & told me I had to call back in an hour to get refunded then they could assign another company. So I did online chat with my warranty company & that guy got it done in 5 minutes. Muehlbauer is NOT coming back to my house ever again!
He also sent me an email when I made my last service request (warranty assigned them a second time), in that email he was rude, disrespectful & refused to come. Which was fine because I had already talked to my warranty company. But for him to talk to me that way was completely unprofessional especially when he was a million percent in the wrong!!
This guy is a lying, cheating jerk & if you ever get this company assigned refuse them!!

Rips off old ladies & widows!
Doesn't return calls.
Doesn't pay back money owed to the ones they ripped off.

I have a home warranty and was forced to use this jabroni for a/c repair. He said my a/c system was low on charge and that he put Freon and stop leak in the system. The a/c stopped working and he didn't return until three days later. When he returned he recharged the system and did not check for leaks. When I asked him if he was going to check for leaks he refused to even look. "I don't have my UV light" the jabroni exclaimed! After he left I went into my crawl space, only to find a major refrigerant leak dripping from my a/c lines. I called him immediately and he refused to return my phone calls. Very disappointed with him. I would not advise him for a/c service. I wouldn't advise him to tie your shoes as it may be too complicated for him. This company is simply a scam for home warranties to keep their money.

Company has failed to provide warranty information or comply with warranty information on service and product they provided.
This company was hired through a home warranty program to supply and install a new central A/C system in our home approximately 3 years ago. This system has a 5 year warranty issued through the company. This consumer has experienced issues with the system installed, and has attempted to make contact both by phone and in person with the company so that this warranty can be utilized for repair. This company has not answered or responded to consumer after 4 business days of attempted contact. This consumer received an outside opinion on the repairs needed for the system, and was told that the work completed on the system when installed was negligent and not completed to good standard, thus causing the current need of repairs.

Desired Outcome

Foremost, I would like the company to make contact with me. I would like for the company to provide warranty information on the system and make repairs in accordance to that warranty.
