I do acknowledge that she contacted us several times and we did not respond in a timely mannerThe issues were: Mold under the sink – there were three fingertip spots of mold under the kitchen sink that we wiped off Mold in window tracks – this wasn’t mold rather dirt that had built in the tracks and is typical on any window which we cleaned off Baseboard heaters were loose from the wall – two heaters were loose and were most likely due to ***’s daughter standing on them as my Property Manager and I witnessed when reviewing the issues with [redacted] in her apartment Mold on the floor of the bathtub – this would not be an issue with the apartment [redacted] said that she had never seen mold/dirt buildup on the base of a bath tub before which I found odd We did not clean the bathtub for her as we felt this was the responsibility of the tenantBased on circumstances, don't see enough valid reason to get out of lease
