Stanley Steemer was out to clean my living room carpet on Saturday, April 30, On Monday, May 2nd I proceeded to take a shower when my husband screamed up the steps to turn off the water Water was coming out of the pipes in our 1st floor bathroom and into the basement Water would leak every time we attempted to use any running water In the morning, we called a plumber, *** *** During his inspection he noticed the water was coming from the toilet in the 1st floor bathroom and quickly removed it to take a closer look When he removed the toilet he saw carpet fibers that he pulled out with his hand and placed them into a plastic bag They had to unclog the sewer line that lead outside of my home This is the same toilet that Stanley Steemers used to discard the dirty water after cleaning my carpets *** stated that if the cleaners would have flushed the toilet a few times during the cleaning this never would have happened The fibers got stuck in a degree pi

On 9/14/two employees from Stanley Steemer came to clean my carpetsAfter they were finished, my carpets had multiple discolorations that they did not have before the cleaningOne carpet has evenly spaced stripes across most of the carpetOne carpet had large areas of discolorations and blotches that were not there beforeOne carpet had just one large area of discolorationI have photosIt is hard to see well from the photos, but can be seen obviously in personWhen I spoke to one of the employees while he was still at the house, he blamed it on various versions of that we stained the carpets that way, it was our fault and refused to listen to me telling him the carpets were definitely not like that before the cleaningHe wouldn't even go look at one of the carpetsI called the "800" number to complain after they left and was told a manager would call me back that dayLater the same phone employee told me it might be the following morning as she could not reach her manager

On 4/4/2016, Stanley Steemer technicians came to my house to clean my air ducts They were careless and put a hole in one of my doors When the cleaning was done, they demanded full payment for the job and said after payment they would replace my door I told them to replace my door, and then I would pay They tired in a very unprofessional way to replace the door, and I had to call their supervisor to keep them from wasting my time and their money They came back with the door (painted with paint I supplied at my own cost) and again tired to unprofessionally replace the door I explained to them that they had to router the hinge slots, but one technician seemed to mumble some profanity and ignored me, so again I had to call their supervisor who agreed they couldn't just slap hinges on the side of the door (plus the door wouldn't close since the hinge joints weren't routed) The techs left with the door leaving the steps to my basement open to a fall hazard Later I was told t
