-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 0.5in; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">I am writing in response a complaint submitted to the Revdex.com about our company.  A gentleman came in on 2/28/15 to get a rotation on his Dodge Charger, as soon as my tire tech started to jack up the car, the customer ran up to our tech and started to accuse him of not jacking up the car in the proper place. The tech brought the jack down and explained that he did jack it up where it was suppose to be (pinch weld), then accused our tech of bending it. We couldn’t really see where the damage was, so we drove his vehicle onto the back hoist in the garage to see underneath. Our mechanic showed him that he had damage underneath where the car has been previously been jacked up, we also pointed out that the passenger side was damaged way worse than the driver side and we didn’t work on that side. The customer started getting really loud and using foul language and said “You were going to pay for it.”  I then told him “How can you say we did any damage when all 4 sides underneath are greatly damaged and we never touched any of them.”  Later that day he called the shop yelling, threatening and calling me bad names.
We have pictures of underneath his vehicle and feel that we are not responsible for any damages.

Thank you,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

She is clearly not telling the truth! I was monitoring where the technician was placing the jack, and he placed it on the body of the car because according to him there was no place else to put the floor jack. When I saw the car being raised I looked underneath the car and saw that the plate on the jack that is used to place weight of the car was bending the lip on the boy of the car. And I pointed that out to him. Then the technician said, "No, we are not doing this." I them proceeded to try to lower the jack, but I wasn't able to, so the technician lower the jack. As a result, there was no previous damage done to the car, the damage was done at their establishment. I also told the technician to place his finger on the lip of the car that was bent so that he could clearly see that it was bent. And he saw that it was bent.
I asked to see [redacted] about this and I explained to her how the damage was done and she said there was nowhere else to place the jack, she got very sarcastic and rude with me, which made me very angry, but I did not use foul language with her; she's being dishonest about this.  The disrespect was on her part, not mine. She doesn't treat customers well.
They took the car to the back and hoisted it, and she, was looking underneath the car to take pictures. She did see that the lip was bent, but said there was no where else to place the jack. then she asked,"How do I know that the damage wasn't already there?" I said, "Because I am the customer." In other words, it's my car! I have no reason to lie. Especially, when I saw the place of the jack bending the metal! I witnessed it. She pointed to the other side of the car, that there was a bent there as well, not done at their shop. Again, I didn't use foul language with her, she got sarcastic, which upset me during the whole ordeal. I don't recall saying, "You were going to pay for it." She's including language that I didn't use. And not all four sides were damaged, just the front two, She didn't check the back of the car, so how can she say all four sides are damaged?  The pictures that [redacted] took are clearly an indication of damage done to the car, not that the pictures prove that no damage was done.
The reason I choose to go to Mueller's is because in the past they serviced my vehicle with quality work and courtesy, but if I new that I was going to receive this kind of treatment, I would have never have gone there. Clearly, [redacted] along with her establishment have a serious problem with honesty, quality of work and integrity, overall.
