[A code reset by an independent maintenance shop should not affect the decision to fix a failure that is either due to the work done previously because of the accident or because of premature engine failure at under 60,milesWhat did they do prior to fault codes when stuff like this happenedIt is evident that this vehicle overheating was due to something internal to the engine itself that was identified as coolant getting into the cylinder headThe only way that could have happened is a blown head gasketUnacceptable at under 60,milesI am sure there is something that someone can do without having to take this into court.]

[The code issue may have made the problem worse but certainly did not cause the problemAnd certainly does not affect the issue with actually diagnosing the obvious problem that the vehicle engine had premature failure due to a leaking head gasketIf the root cannot be determined then Toyota Motor should fix the engine under warranty as it is under 60,miles.]
