Muffler Man of Ionia, LLC

I went to the Ionia Muffler Man on June to get brake pads installed on my Pacifica I paid got my car and picked up my wife for radiation treatments she had to have in Grand Rapids Once on the freeway one of the tires worked on developed a wobble and a tick which gradually got worse when we were on our way homeBy the time we got to Ionia it was all I could do to hold the wheel steadyI took it back to Muffler man and the guy at the counter told me that "his guy has been doint this work for plus years and he knows what hes doing"
I left the car and came back to be told the lug nuts weren't tightened and two of the bolts had broken This car was on the freeway like this with my wife in the car who is going through Cancer treatments mind you
The next day my hubcap somehow disappeared so I called Muffler Man to complain about the way it was put on , sloppily, otherwise it would still be there, and was told that they know how to put on hubcaps, it was already gone

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVER!! Crooks and liars abound! During a routine visit was told my exhaust manifold had a crack "all the way around it" while the mechanic drew a circle in the air. Was told repair would cost approx. 475 but if I bought part 135. Was told that if it wasn't fixed asap it would lead to "Catastrophic engine failure". Took it to another mechanic for this work and after he got the manifold off it was shown to me that this crack was only a SLIGHT 3 INCH crack that could have been repaired with a weld for much much less cost. When confronted at Muffler Man that I spent over 200 on their "experts advice" I was told, "Will talk to my boys" I asked for a refund of the money I had spent (did have typed work order for this from them) due to THEIR LIES and he literally LAUGHED at me. THEY are the joke...do NOT go to this establishment. They will lie, cheat and steal to get your hard earned dollars and think its a joke!!
