On 10/28/15 I purchased what I was told was a new muffler for a vehicle and had it installed. Another mechanic discovered on 9/16/16 that the muffler was in fact not new and was used and had been spot welded. make and model of my vehicle. I asked that he pull my invoice after explaining what I was told I was purchasing and what in fact had received otherwise for that day as it was hand written and I received the duplicate but no longer had it but had my bank statement showing the amount charged and all other parts on the vehicle are still original factory parts. He refused to pull the invoice or look at my vehicle or address the matter. When I called back to ask who I had spoken with as I needed it to file a complaint he refused to give it to me and said "it's on my business card the Revdex.com will get ahold of me."
