We performed a service visit to the home of *** *** *** on 9/Originally, it was reported that the water
softener was causing build
up on their faucets and as a result they had to replace faucets in the home.When our tech arrived, he tested all of their water, it showed
grains hard
which means that the water softener is working.We understand that the *** residence is not satisfied with this answer, which is why we offered to send our Service Manager out to the home to do a further investigationAt this time, we would be more than happy to send their water off to a third party water testing lab to see what maybe causing their issueWe would like to bring closure to this issue and
get the problem resolved,but we do not believe that the water softener is the root cause
