I read over the Revdex.com complaint. The desired settlement states the following:"I'd like all the items I've requested so that this issue can be properly investigated and resolved. Then I'd like this debt removed from my credit immediately and my refund amount issued and forwarded to me."Here
are the documents we have for this fileI have attached the all the previous ledgers pertaining to the Norris account. As you can see, the payment for move in was paid via personal check. The payment was returned June 10th. Because the payment was retuned, the $deposit was not carried over to the deposit ledger to be held. When the payment for $was applied to the resident ledger, after all the late fees and NSF charges were applied, a credit of $was left on the account. This was not applied to the deposit ledger because the amount was not enough to cover the deposit. The residents called the office to speak to the manager to voice their frustrations during their move in process with the transition happening at that same time. As a courtesy, the manager agreed to waive their deposit and have the remainder stay on their resident ledger as a credit. They were asked to come in and initial the correction on their lease but never didDuring a file audit, it was found the lease was never initialed. This is what prompted the friendly reminder asking them to initial the correction to their leaseFor their move out, our lead maintenance walked the apartment. I have attached the walk sheet and a copy of the items returned, (keys and remote)I completely understand where the confusion came in with all the ownership/management transition. I think a fair resolution would be to waive her move out charges with the exception of the final water billAs the resident requested, we had the account permanently removed from collections
