I have two words to sum up Muir Roofing - Very Professional. To explain, we had severe storm take out majority of our roof, we contacted Muir Roofing and they responded same day, covered the roof with tarps so to protect water from creating further damage. [redacted] worked directly with our State Farm adjuster to ensure the claim was properly submitted.
Once insurance claim was accepted, within a two days, Muir construction had his team replace entire roof and was able to complete it in less than one day. Very impressed, wish I could attach photos. Now that it has been more 10 months since he replaced the roof, we had a question regarding a shingle, [redacted] himself brought out his team and they inspected and fixed without a question.
Why can’t other companies we deal with have this kind of service and follow-up? I would highly recommend Muir Construction.
