I ordered two items from [redacted] on Sep **, 2016, and haven't got either the tracking information or the itemsThe order status online suggests it is completed I have tried to reach MUJI twice through its online contact form and once via email, but never hear them back have no idea how to contact them or where is my order

Upon attempting to return a recently purchased aroma diffuser, TWICE, management procured their own reasons for rejecting my return - one manager completely embarrassed me as a customer and said that I left 'food crumbs' on the device Then began to question me as to why I would return the device, interrogating my decision to return it OR EVEN EXCHANGE IT! No resolution, with a very irate customer leaving the store TWICE! The device almost caught on fire, and melted in my apartment I told managers, ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS of the incident, both managers rejected my return WITH RECEIPT, PROOF OF PAYMENT, and WITHIN ONE WEEK of purchase!! This is UNHEARD of in US The management needs to be fired Never in my life have I encountered such hostile customer service, IN MY LIFE!! Not even from the DMV!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory. I was advised by [redacted] to send pictures to [redacted] for replacements and that's exactly what I did.

We wrote a letter telling this customer our action in regards of the issue and will send this customer a replacement for the two pieces addressed in the compliant.

Review: Usually, I would NOT do this. I'm not the type to file a complaint. But at this point, I'm beyond fed up. I'm a starting makeup collector. As my collection has grown over the past couple of months, I was looking for proper storage. Therefore, I did some research and I had heard so many good things about the Muji drawers to use for makeup storage. Plus, I had watched TONS of [redacted] videos that showed the Muji drawers to be amazing for makeup. Being that Christmas was coming up, it was one thing that I put on my list. Thankfully, a family member of mine decided that she would get them for me. I was thrilled! Well now? Not so much! I've had the 2 drawer Muji and the 5 drawer Muji since the end of December. It's only March and they're already scratched up, scuffed up (with ugly white spots), and one of the drawers sticks. Keep in mind, I use them for my lip products and a couple of other things. I open the drawers, get whatever I'm going to get, and close the drawer back. It's as simple as that so it really angers me that within 3 months, these things look like [redacted]! And with shipping and tax, I'm sure it was around $60 just for two of them. Although, they were a gift, they were something that I wanted extremely bad so imagine my disappointment of how they look now.Desired Settlement: I feel as though Muji should replace my items. I have pictures to show how horrible these things look if needed.
