Mukie's Seal Coating

Review: Summer 2013--Had drive sealed in August 2013. !/2 washed off or wore off within 3 months. Mukie resealed BUT it did not hold. We paid$ 3500 in full and were quoted a 3 year guarantee. He was to return this summer to reseal but unfortunately owner was hospitalized. He did contact us with a date that his crew would return. That was 2-3 months ago. I have left numerous messages and emailed to his web site with NO response. Did not have a mailing address. Only 1/3 of original drive is adequately sealed. I asked for a refund of $1500. I thought that was generous on our part since 2/3 would have been $2300. How do I get refund or reimbursement? I have no way of speaking with him directly. We do not really wish to have this company try to correct the problem and want to close this issue.Desired Settlement: We want a check for $1500.00 and will call this closed or have 2/3rds of drive resealed properly ASAP. Prefer refund!
