Review: I have two children that have attended [redacted] for a total of 7 years. In the last several months I have been approached by the center director that my account was past due and I owed them money. I told the center director that I did not believe I owed this money and to show me exactly where I missed a payment because my records show I have paid on time for the past 7 years and now all of the sudden I am behind. She would never provide me with the details I asked for. She would give me a printout of their ledger that showed a total due of $248.40 but would never show me where I missed a payment. I finally contacted the regional director, who is the centere directors boss and expressed my complaint to her. This also did not provide me with the details I requested. The center director once again gave me a printout of their ledger that showed a balance due of $248.40 with no detail as to what week I missed. Today I was contacted by [redacted] collection about this issue. I expressed the same thing to them. Tell me where I missed a payment, when I missed this payment and what child this was for. If they could provide me that I would look into it. They said they do no have that information available and she could provide me a copy of their ledger. I said this did me no good. If they intend to ask for a past due balance they need to provide evidence of when this occurred, which child is missing the payment adn how was this missed. I have paid online with their company for the past 7 years with no issue. I am very troubled by this collection effort and the fact that they won't provide me details of the past due amount I supposedly owe. If someone owes a balance it is only fair to tell them the details. I spoke to Anna in their collections department today @ 3:15pm this afternoon with no success in settling this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like this past due balance either proven that it's owed by giving me a printed out document that shows the invoiced amount and payment for each and every item they charged and I paid and show me exactly where I missed a payment. I don't believe I have missed any payments. If they cannot provide this necessary evidence I want this outstanding balance removed and shown as zero.
