I did not purchase a wedding package and newborn package at the same timeI purchased the "Baby's First Year Package B" as described below in February of (Our wedding package was purchased in the fall of 2013)You can see the package offer sent direct from [redacted] on February 18th, The session states to receive final photos from session within two weeks of photo shoot, which is highlighted in redThe custom ordering session was non-existent, as the photos were never even posted within weeks as package was laid outI believe this clarifies the misinformation from [redacted] that I "simply misunderstood the process" Baby's First Year: Package B- $ (a deposit of $holds your first session and packageThe remainder is due on or before your newborn session date.)newborn sessionAdditional sessions either in studio or on location at the month and first year marks.a $Mulberry Lane Studio gift card to be used any way you choose (prints, digital negatives, albums, announcements, help you make your selections.Online viewing gallery accessible from computer, iPhone, Droid or iPad*Image flash drives may be purchased for each session at a discounted price of $per sessionMoreover, my request to receive the images at no cost was a follow up from an offer made by [redacted] via text message on Wednesday, June 10th, which reads "I will be releasing all of the digital files to you at no charge", not an attempt to use their personal affairs to my own personal gain, as stated by [redacted] ***There is a photo attached with said documentation of text messageI filed a complaint initially with the Revdex.com to ensure that the images would be granted, seeing as the given history of multiple failed delivery dates of images were promised in writing from [redacted] fell throughI also never received a "mass email" to clients regarding their personal affairsAll images and documentation for those requests can be sent upon request.Again, I will repeat, I did not pay the photographer to see sneak peek files, I paid for final product of professionally photographed and edited imagesI received an email from [redacted] immediately after the Revdex.com response to my initial claim, which can be seen below: [redacted] , Thank you so much for your patronage with Mulberry Lane Studio over the events of your wedding and sharing memories of the first year with your daughterI know your sessions have been some of [redacted] ’s favorite imagesI would like to apologize for my delay in response to not only your ongoing texts with my wife, but your complaint with the Revdex.com as wellAt your request, I have released the first year files for youYour coupon code for download is “left blank for security purposes”Please add the Brides and Babies $package to your cart, and that coupon will take your total down to zeroAs owner of the studio, it is my decision to receive or refuse business to anyonePer your contract, all obligations on our end have been met [redacted] went above and beyond in her sneak peek files for your first year session, and it is my decision that those images are the ones that will remain in your gallerySneak peek files usually range from 10-imagesYou have over 35, which is what is our minimum delivery promise from any given sessionWe hope you enjoy your images, and we trust that you will find another photographer for all your future needs Please let me be clear, should any slander be posted online in any way, we will not hesitate to take further action, as our lawyer is copied on this emailAny further communication should go through himAny texts to my wife will go unanswered, and will be considered harassmentOur package obligation to you has been metHave a wonderful day [redacted] Mulberry Lane Studio Owner The owners' personal family death took place around weeks after our photoshoot, which should not have posed a problem with the week image delivery as stated in the package aboveThe images provided that Paul speaks of in the email are only the sneak peeksPaul states that there are over images in the gallery--there are actually only images, one of which is myself, not even my daughter, and they are transposed from color to black & whiteSo to say there are images in total is misleading and a statementImages from my daughter's newborn photos count 127, images from the month photos count I did not pay $in total or $for each pro-rated photo session to only see images to choose fromPaul's email states that I have over images which is their "minimum" delivery promise--none of which is stated anywhere in their contracts nor was verbally or in writingThere is nothing, anywhere in any of the contracts or package offerings that states anything about sneak peeksI do not care about those, I care about seeing ALL of the images from the entire photo session that I paid for, and feel it is my right to see as a paying customerThe link to the gallery detailing the other imagery counts can be seen here: [redacted] While it is my opinion that Mulberry Lane Studios has conducted their business poorly, there is a reason I chose [redacted] as our photographer to capture the spirit of my daughter in her most important first year of her lifeI was told multiple times by [redacted] (which can be read in the initial complaint) that the images were finished and needed to be uploaded on their endWith that being said, I would like to kindly request to receive the entire group of images shot from the photoshoot on April 7th of my daughter's 1st birthday and then for both parties to amicably go their separate waysI have CC'd my attorney on this last attempt to arbitrate the issues through the Revdex.com between Mulberry Lane Studios and myself before proceeding forward with a lawsuit to obtain the images that have been paid and are due to our family as paying clientsI would hope the owners of Mulberry Lane Studios can kindly provide the images as to avoid a waste of time and money to both parties involved with something that can be resolved in a timely and amicable manner

Dispute has been settledAlbum was delivered to the clients home

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. My mom did finally receive the package last Friday, the 31stWe did contact pur local post office of years and they stated that they would have left a not if no one where home if a package required a signatureAgain, I would like to reiterate that after almost months I don't believe an attempt was made to send as indicated, until I filed a Revdex.com request, posted negative reviews and did a scam report online.I am dome with the issueThey can keep their canvas as I would prefer to move on*** has allowed her husband to fight her battles when he has no clue of what was said so he definitely made it personal when I don't even know him nor have I ever spoken to him.The proof is in the reviewsThey are all similar and their replies to those reviews were all nasty as his were to mine.I will allow them to move on to their next victim and I would like my complaint posted on the Revdex.com website like the other people who had a similar experience.

just have a "death in the family". We had a series of events leading up to the tragic loss of our owners (my) mother. [redacted] was given more than 30 sneak peek files, which is way above average, and simply misunderstood the process of editing, given that her account of timeline of events makes no sense. As we are held over a barrel, unfortunately [redacted] will receive her files at no charge. In a mass email that went out to all our clients, we explained the situation of why images were running late, and what personal issues we were dealing with as a family. We are a small family owned business. Our clients have been very understanding and wonderful during this time. [redacted] is the only client who has taken advantage of the situation to her benefit, and it does go to show her true character. My wife has no need to apologize for calling her out on that. We hope she enjoys the images from her first year of sessions, and the complimentary sessions, prints and gifts she has been given along the way. She was a valued customer and we wish her the best of luck moving forward.

Dispute has been settled. Album was delivered to the clients home.

The owners' personal family death took place around 5 weeks after our photoshoot, which should not have posed a problem with the 2 week image delivery as stated in the package above. The images provided that Paul speaks of in the email are only the sneak peeks. Paul states that there are over 35 images in the gallery--there are actually only 26 images, one of which is myself, not even my daughter, and they are transposed from color to black & white. So to say there are 52 images in total is misleading and a false statement. Images from my daughter's newborn photos count 127, images from the 6 month photos count 82. I did not pay $900 in total or $300 for each pro-rated photo session to only see 26 images to choose from. Paul's email states that I have over 35 images which is their "minimum" delivery promise--none of which is stated anywhere in their contracts nor was verbally or in writing. There is nothing, anywhere in any of the contracts or package offerings that states anything about sneak peeks. I do not care about those, I care about seeing ALL of the images from the entire photo session that I paid for, and feel it is my right to see as a paying customer. I mistyped my address. It should be 9813 Enmore Lane. Thank you. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Revdex.comMESSAGE:
My original complaint was lodged on 12/2015 due to products that were paid for not being delivered, where the end result was the agreement that all remaining products including the photo album would be delivered ASAP. We received the items but the album was not what was agreed upon via email and text messages so an email was sent stating the issues including incorrect pictures and incorrect album type. A prompt response was received stating their apologies along with the fact that a corrected album would be sent by the agreed upon date of 2/18/2016 which gave over 8 weeks for the album to be received. Multiple emails have been sent regarding the status of the album since February 18th. The first email got a reply on 2/23/2016 stating: "Hi [redacted], I’m sorry to report that I have not yet received it. I am extremely put out with this lab as they are taking more time than excessive on turnarounds. Please know I am keeping track of this and will let you know as soon as possible when I receive it. Thanks Since then 3 additional emails have been sent with no acknowledgement or response. We are now nearing four months since the agreed upon delivery date with no album. To receive the correct album ASAP via mail to [redacted]Regards, [redacted]
