copies of invoices, Our company policy is that no material is to leave our facility without an invoice or sales orderWe have had some recent changes in staff and this issue has been taken care ofMNM sells between 3k & 4k cords of wood every seasonThe last thing we would want to do is disappoint any customerIf Mr*** feels our cords were short, he can call in and speak with our office staff at *** and we will bring him a little extra wood

TOTAL RIP OF! We ordered yards of top soil last year and were told there were yards in each tri-axle truck and yards in each dump truck (each time filled to the top) Then this year we ordered yards of top soil and they brought dump trucks (each time filled to the top)DOESN'T THAT EQUAL YARDS??? I spoke with the owner and he said there are yards in each dump truck this yearApparently they can just make up how much each truck holds max and give the customer however much they feel like each yearI told him the information I was given last year isn't the same as this year and that I feel like he gave me less than I had paid forHe then told me not to order material from him next year....I wonder if that's because he''ll forget how much he told me the trucks hold again!
