copies of invoices, Our company policy is that no material is to leave our facility without an invoice or sales order. We have had some recent changes in staff and this issue has been taken care of. MNM sells between 3k & 4k cords of wood every season. The last thing we would want to do is disappoint any customer. If Mr. [redacted] feels our cords were short, he can call in and speak with our office staff at [redacted] and we will bring him a little extra wood.
