Review: This company listed an offer on [redacted] for aeration services. The listing stated that you had to be in a 15 mile radius from the 23224 [redacted] zip code. I live 11.36 miles from their location. Not only were they unwilling to live up to what they stated in the add but it took them several weeks to say so.[redacted]Desired Settlement: Remove the 15 mile radius from their add if they are unwilling to abide by it and replace it with the zip codes that they list in the "fine print" section.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me this afternoon. You will find my response below.
Complaint # [redacted]
The complaint regarding our [redacted] voucher:
1. [redacted] is the home maintenance company that I run. Our company decided to run a promotion in late September for aeration services. The deal stated that our company serviced several zip codes in the [redacted]. The voucher also listed a 15 mile radius from our business in [redacted].
1. The complaint against [redacted] is unfounded because the voucher and [redacted] deal have nothing to do with[redacted]
2. The deal specifically limits the zip codes that [redacted]. As a small company, we have to limit our service area to one that makes sense financially. Streamlining our routes is imperative to our financial success with this deal, since all monies are shared[redacted] with [redacted]. We can not afford to make exceptions to our offer because we can not afford to do so.
3. [redacted] was offered a full refund since we could not offer him service. HIs complaint to the Revdex.com almost seemed vindictive based on the tone of his email.[redacted]
4. With regard to the resolution, our company is unable to change the terms of the [redacted] voucher. We have very little control over what is printed and what can and can not be changed (please see our email correspondence with[redacted] below).
