When I notified the company that I would like them to notify my current tenant that we would not be renewing her lease due to selling the house, Daniel sent her a letter stating that they were no longer representing me and that all future rents would go directly to meThey also returned her deposit to me and owner escrow fundsHe claimed it was an error but I have a hand signed letter and a full packet showing what was sent
They also refused to do a move out inspection on the house unless I paid extra $They stated the inspection was done a few days after the tenant vacates and our contract would be expired by thenLegally I wouldn't be able to hold her liable for damages if they waited
