I am rejecting this response because:Firstly I will tell you that the issue has been resolved. The fellow who installed the windows has contacted me and offered to replace the glass in the windows. He also insisted that I approached this issue incorrectly. He said the proper procedure was to go to him and not Muldoons'. That approach never crossed my mind. The note attached here to this latest communication from your office is also not correct. That is why I indicated that I do not accept the response. This rejection of the response however does not indicate that the problem isn't solved - it is. What Mr K*** said in his response that was incorrect is - I did pay for the warranty. The cost was a total of $plus or minus - just for the warranty. Another issue that is incorrect is when I went to Muldoons' with the complaint they told me that my warranty was not longer good. The only thing they offered was to sell me new windows to replace the ones that were defective. But in their generosity they feel bad about this issue and because they feel bad they will install the new windows for free. So this is really about them - offering the installation of the new windows for free will help them feel better. No one has ever told me that the defective windows can be repaired. That information was given to me recently by the fellow who installed them after they were first purchased and he is going to repair them. I know that the issue I'm left with is out of the scope of your concern but I'm walking away from this feeling like Muldoons' did not take adequate responsibility for this issue - and that note that I received from them has the tone of blaming me for what has happened. All I wanted from them was good windows that would last for a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for all that you did to get this resolved.

Dear Alyssa, 
I am responding ID 10392584.  We never charge for the warranty all costs are included in one price Window - Tax - Labor.  If he had come to us in 2008 the company was still in business & they would of fix them no problem.
We don't install...

new windows we replace the IG Unit in existing sashI'm enclosing an article from there website.
