To whom it may concern, Mulls Auto Sales Inc did sell *** *** a *** *** *** on 11/05/Mulls Auto Sales Inc did finance this vehicle to herThe term and payments are to be monthly payments of $She did a great job at paying till 04/10/Since that point she is paying
whatever she wants and whenever she wants to payWe have been more than fair with her by not repoing this vehicleThis vehicle should have been paid off a long time agoThe reason she is paying more interest then she agreed to when she bought it is because she did not pay it off when she was agreed to and she is paying interest on the loan till it is paid in fullI also am sending a sheet showing her pay history if that will help you explain it to her betterI called *** on 03/17/and left her know I want this loan paid off by May or I will need to have the vehicle back.If you have any question please call me.Keith Mull manager 03/17/

11/03/First of all Donald S*** is not a salesperson Donald is my service managerThe sales person is Keith M***.My understanding *** *** was a long time friend of Donald'sAfter Donald talking to *** found she was in bad need of a carDonald brought
*** *** and a friend of hers *** *** *** to my dealership to look at the *** ***My understanding is that Donald bought the car for herBecause Donald paid for the car and all transfer feesHe paid us cash $total.What *** did with Donald I don't know nothing about: maybe she did give Donald money? I don't know?
After Speaking with Donald, he did receive money from *** (for what I don't know)But, after me pulling my files on this carI found that *** *** never bought a car from us at allIn fact *** *** *** bought the *** *** Donald S*** paid forSo that means any money that *** *** gave Donald maybe had nothing to do with this car at all?
FACTS OF THE MATTER ARE
*** *** never bought a *** from Mull's Auto Sales Inc
On 07/22/Keith M*** a sales person from Mull's auto sales Incsold a *** serial #*** to *** *** *** The purchase price was $plus $Doc fee and tax
Donald S*** paid for all purchase price and all fees (why I don't know) assume he was a good friendsThe vehicle was sold with no warranty of any kindThe car was a reconstructed vehicle as stated on the buyers guide (signed by purchaser) If you look at my buyers guide even if the car had a warrantyThe warranty would have expired days or miles which everComes firstCar was purchased 07/22/and on 10/04/car became undriveable a total of days later well past the days (but this don't even matter it was sold as-is) Enclosed are copies of the following:• Bill of sale• Buyers guide All signed by purchaser• Copy of titleIn closing: My company has been in business since about years.and We did nothing Wrong(please clear my good name in this matter)p.sask *** to see paper work for her car she bought (she won't have any because she never bought a car from us)Thanks you Greg M
