Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10231438, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI did say that I received a partial in the additional comments not in the complaintYou can go back and see what I
expectedSeems a bit lower than I'm still owed but if that's as high as they will go, I will accept itThey should put out their RULES about "borrowing" vehicles in some form so they won't get into this mess again, I still feel like it's unfair since I won't get my full amount which I only got about $out of $500.00, I have the paystub that has my name.

Review: I went in to purchase a vehicle and the cost of the vehicle was listed as well and the sales price the sales woman changed the price of the vehicle at the last minute to the list price and I cannot get a straight answer from anyone. I have a copy of the sales price and I was told that there was nothing I could do the sale is over. They sent me a gift certificate what is this .I want to speak to the owner.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

Review: Purchased a used 2005 chevy malibu 2/10/2012 with 72,895 miles on it, bought a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty separate, had the car only 6 days and the brakes locked up on the vehicle getting on to the freeway 2/16/2012. No accidents but could have had a much worse outcome. Took them 1 day to diagnose problem. Claimed it would take them a few days too repair and they would call back Tuesday 2/21/2012, never did. Called Wednesday 2/22/2012, service depot. said he just got the parts in and it would take one day to repair and would take no later then Friday 2/24/2012 to have the vehicle back to us. Went into dealership Friday 2/24/2012 at 9:30 am. Service depot. claims he didnt get a part in , and that he should get it by noon and would take approximatly 3-4 hour to repair. Informed to call back at 3pm to check the status of the repair. At 3pm I returned his call and he said he never got the part in, stated to "check in monday". Dealer has had the car longer then we have and its been sitting in the same spot since the day we had it towed in. Can no longer afford rental car, dealer refuses to loan us a vehicle until our vehicle is repaired. Getting no where or nothing from this dealer/Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

Review: We were interested in a ford Explorer that a sales person Rosalee had contacted us about, we got the information on it I went ahead & filled out an application for finanacing we got approved, got the information on a extented warrenty bumber to bumber & that was ok but, I had noticed on the warrenty info that, after market GPS was not covered & this car had an Pioneer after market GPS so I called the sales lady Rosalee back she said yes it was. So I called Western General myself they said no way was not covered so I called Mullahey Ford back & talked to Rosalee and told her what the warranty place had said, she put Chet the manager on the phone he said he would personally sign on our paper work that the GPS was coverd through them for the 4 years. So we rented a car got a room drove 4 1/2 hours got to the dealership drove the car checked it out the sales lady got irratated with us because we were really checking the car out, we had a problem with a stain that was by the sun roof. She got mad went and locked up car and said she would tell the owner we were not interest when we were just dicussing the situation to ourselfs. She put the keys up and went home! David Renfro another sales person saw I was upset tried to fix problem by letting us take car over night to run water over sun roof, found no leak came back got to the paper work told David we wanted Chet to sign on paper work that Mullahey would cover GPS System for 4 years he said owner said Chet had no autho to do that!Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

Review: I got a flyer in the mail for their sales sweepstakes. Followed the instructions called the number it said I was a winner. Went to the dealership for the follow up. Filled out the paperwork. When I asked about the key I was told there was no lockbox, the key is just a momento. When I left I decided to call and spoke to sales women she said there was a lockbox and to come down and try it and fill out some registration paperwork. What upsets me is the lieing to get people to come in or there was an actual lock box and they know who the winner is when they arrive because its predetermined. And when they come in they give that person the run around so that the dealership doesn't lose any money.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

Review: I was trying to purchase a vehicle with a co-signer back in may of 2014. They happily collected $500.00 as a down payment plus my vehicle as a trade in. The vehicle wasn't for me it was for my mother that had gotten her car repossessed. She fell into a severe depression, so I went out to get her a vehicle. We spoke to a salesman by the name of Armando, he helped us out in the beginning. We filled out the credit application per his words. They told that they were positive that the loan would go through, it didn't. I showed my mom the car she loved it, then I had to tell her that the loan didn't go through that might have to give the car back, because we lied about the income on the application. We were told to put the income when it was a busy month so we did. When we filed it wasn't a busy month so the recent pay stubs didn't reflect what we put on. We later went back to figure out what we could do see if Armando could help us out and the finance manager said " he is st, he is history" I didn't say anything regards to that even though I had my 4 year old son with me. They didn't refund me my full $500.00 saying that I put in "x" amount of miles and I told them were it was written that they could charge me for that and they said that they didn't have to display it and then they said "you can take us to small claims and contact the bb" I didn't get courage until now. Not only that, they put my trade in out of order. They said that it didn't work when it got their, which is a lie. I always drove it and nothing had occurred to it. The serpentine belt was taken off, I have a witness that can testify that the belt was off and I have a picture. They told me it slipped off but when I went back to put it on it took the both of us to put it back on, one of the detailers that does work for them had a long talk with me about how bad practices this establishment does, even to him, as a worker they did shady stuff. Other people tell me how they don't like this dealer and now I know why.Desired Settlement: I want the rest of the $500.00 and also what ever time I used up to go to this dealer from los osos, to arroyo grande and gas. They EXPECTED me there several times they even told my sister and her boyfriend to call me at work which I am not allowed to, they called me twice on one day and the salesman made me speak with him.
