Review: To whom it may concern, I [redacted] voluntary surrender my 2005 Porsche Cayenne I purchased through Benz Boys and financed with [redacted] Finance on 3/31/14 with 133K miles. The vehicle now has 137K miles as of 12/29/14. I have note been able to drive the vehicle as you can tell by the milage. I have had 4 major issues with the vehicle that has left me stranded over 4 times, having to have the vehicle towed 3 times. After the first week of purchase the alternator went out, I had to replace the battery 3 times because of the lights kept running the battery down. That cost me $1200, 3 batteries was $500, towed 3 times $420. I could not drive the car for 3 months and I had to take Uber for a week to work $400. I had to rent a car to get to work $350. The coolant pipe burst, the repair was $1698, all the ignition coils had to be replaced $1000. I have spent well over $5500 in repairs to this vehicle. I could not afford to keep putting money into the vehicle so I surrendered it to the finance company which I had reported to them it was a lemon car sold to me and financed with them. [redacted] told me I was out of luck because I purchased it. [redacted] sent me a deficiency letter stated they sold the car and I owe them a balance of $4,331.14. I looked up the car and notice they sold it through the same company Benz Boys. I believe they are in connection with each other selling lemons. The VIN # [redacted]. I purchase the vehicle for $14K with $5K down, if anything they need to be returning my money back to me instead of asking for money. Please help me to get this collection off me. All of my family is in a different state and it is very important to me to have a reliable vehicle. It is very sad when you have dealerships and finance company taking advantage of people who are just trying to make it in life.
