I contacted Muller after I found shingles in my backyard after a wind stormThey promptly came out to investigate and provide a quoteOnce it was determined that it was a minor repair, not involving an insurance claim, communication regarding scheduling became a major issueAfter repeated messages and phone conversations over a period of several weeks, I called another local firm who made the repairs within daysThere was an additional window framing project for which I still have never received a quotation following a visit to scope out the workthis is also being handled promptly by another local contractor

We had Muller replace our roof, siding, gutters and windows...they were prompt pricing was good and their work was really good. I would recommend them and I have, Sue [redacted] Lake Zurich,IL
We have had a very pleasant experience in our recent dealing with Muller Exteriors, they handled our recent roof replacement.
They handled our Insurance claim in a very professional way from start to finish. We were well informed of when the work was to start and what was going to be taking place each day that they were here.
They dealt with our Insurance carrier and that took a lot of the ordeal away from our having to deal with it.
We highly recommend doing business with Muller Exteriors.
Muller Exteriors replaced my roof and gutters. From beginning to completion their service and work ethic was outstanding. They are most receptive to input from the client and discuss any and all aspects of the work. They are reliable and showed up as scheduled and left the work site immaculate.
