Muller Toyota

Review: I purchased a used truck from Muller Toyota on 1/15/15, with a warranty that they sold. The transmission failed in less than 500 miles (2/2/15). I called the warranty company who sent an inspector who verified the failure. He stated that the warranty was void since MULLER sold the truck knowing that modifications that were made to the truck voided the warranty. He stated that Muller Toyota definately knew this. I have since learned that the truck's owner may have been related to the owner of MULLER TOYOTA. I have contacted Muller TOYOTA but the owner and sales manager refuse to take my calls, My saleswoman cursed me out and hung up on me. I have now paid for a warranty that was void, a new transmission as discribed by the warranty company and towing. I feel that MULLER TOYOTA intentionally misrepresented their sales contract and I believe that they did not have proper documentation on the window of the truck when they sold it, as required by the state of NJDesired Settlement: refund of money spent due to their misrepresentation:
