same problem immediately Again, they came outSvc tech looked at both fireplacesProblem came back againSo far I was only able to use my fireplaces about times out of the colder months in the yearNot even on Christmas The 2nd fireplace started making a horrible grinding soundThey replaced a part on that1st fireplace-still turns on off2nd fireplace stays on for a
