Mulligan's Construction

Ok [redacted] is saying I made no attempt to resolve this situation,As I wrote on my last email I sent I said her son in law told me no when I was willing to go back and go over what they didn't like and fix this issue. I offered and he refused and wanted 200,now she wants 800?I tried to rectify the situation and got told no.Theres no way all screens are unattached at bottom and blowing in the wind as she said. unless someone pushed them out on purpose for a full refund and took pics,I have pictures of this work I did.Which is going on 5 months ago not 3 and I have the contract of this job.Never had a issue like this with any client in 14 years since ive been in the trades.

Mulligans Construction has made no attempt to resolve this situation. I paid him  $800.00 to replace screens that have come unattached within 3  months. They are literally  only attached at the top and are  blowing in and out.  They need to be fixed by Mulligans Construction or money refunded so someone else can fix them. I can't understand why a professional business wouldn't want to rectify a situation and make a satisfied customer. $800 is a lot of money for a job that only lasted 3 months. If done correctly, a  screen replacement should last years not months.
