I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The information that the business has presented is false. There has been no agreeing to terms of any sort. I had spoken with the owner and his wife (who may be the manager or receptionist), yet they had always dodged bullets when it came to phone calls. They have not picked up the phone and clearly stated that if there has been a police report filed that they would own up to their actions. I had told the owner that the cameras of the property had NOT captured the video because 1. there is a boat blocking the view where his employees had been edging, and 2. they edged and kicked up dirt so all the camera was able to pick up was a dust of cloud and a blurry image of the vehicle that was hit with a rock. Due to this reason I decided not to pursue camera footage as it would be deemed an unreliable source. The business has not spoken to me and requested that if I have shown camera proof or have filed a police report that they would resolve the issue. Now that they have admitted in writing if there is a police report involved they will take responsibility I can go ahead and file a police report and have the issue properly handled. I have not filed the report as they said they wanted to work something out, and he needed to speak with his foreman. There has been a witness which will be called fourth to the scene and in addition my mother had seen the incident, but because of her language barrier and medical conditions could not stop the workers and tell them what had happened. I have been living at my residence for over 18 years. This has never happened unt[redacted] started taking care of my neighbor's property. It is quite convenient that the day and time that they had cut the lawn is the same day and time that the rear window of my vehicle has been shattered. My complaint has not been resolved. If the business receives a police report and is willing to comply I will file that police report and get in touch with any witnesses that are applicable. If the business is to adhere to this and gives in writing their word that they will accept responsibility then I will consider this complaint resolved and find this business honest and reputable. If not I will deem them to be another landscaping company, just like the rest.

Speaking with [redacted] on Oct * 2017 This is the letter she asked me to email; [redacted] did call me to let me know that he had a broken window in which he thought was caused by my company working on the property next door to his house. I responded to his phone call...
on Tuesday Aug * 2017, I did speak to him, and I had said first of all I apologize for any inconveniences and that I would look into it. Meeting with George my foreman together at [redacted] at around 7;15 pm on Tuesday Aug * 2017 George explained to me where he parked my truck and trailer at the time he serviced the lawn next door The only thing he noticed was a black car on the lawn for sale on august ** 2017 I spoke to [redacted] explaining to him what George my foreman had said to me. in return he told me he had cameras showing proof that my company broke the window. I had said ok that if the camera shows proof that we caused the window to break I would of course reimburse him the cost of the repair to the window, we had agreed that he would show me the footage from the camera he never did I am still waiting to see it . [redacted] continually called me asking for the payment of the window but would not show me the proof or the camera footage I explained to him once again that when I see proof this was caused by us I would pay on Aug ** 2017 I received another phone call from [redacted] stating that if he did not receive payment he was going to get a police report in which I said that would be best . Awaiting to get a phone call from the police so that I can explain my side, I never received a call , letter etc. from police either,.so when I get some proof that we caused this broken window I will take responsibility . but I did notice that a driveway seal coating company delivered flyers that day in plastic bags with large stones in the bags as weights .
