Mulligan's

Just wanted refund or my order remade but couldn't get either one poor serviceOn 3/8/2014 at approximately 9:47pm I visited mulligans at 1037 union university dr jackson tn XXXXX I had a call in order I had placed which was 2 orders of boom chicken app [email protected] a piece and 2 boom sauce @ .75 a piece my complete total was 18.48 tax was 1.80 my grand total was 20.28.last four digits of credit card was 1291. I had already payed for my food but was waiting on it. I was waiting for about 5 minutes and I was witnessing my food given to the wrong person so about 3 more minutes went by and the lady bring the food back and tells the bartender that he gave her the wrong food so then the bartender starts checking the food and says thats his then I asked didnt she just bring that back and he tryed to make up every excuse and say well she didnt have it long that ain't the point she looked over it and was in it so I asked for a refund or for them to make me some fresh food but wouldn't do either one was very unprofessional I mean you don't give somebody else some food that you gave to another customer and they bring it back and you hand it to me anything could've happened that person could've spit on it put poison in it or anything Desired SettlementRefund Business Response I learned that Mr. [redacted] has since visited Mulligan's and placed another order "to go." He did not ask to speak to the general manager or upper management at his additional visit. His visit in question was handled as is our policy to collect monies for items purchased. I have not been able to determine that he asked for a "refund" or remake of his order at the time in question. It is our policy to try to address issues directly with customers and welcome him to contact the general manager so we can appease his complaint.
