Puroclean provides fantastic service We had a house fire in March Puroclean was on site to remove and clean all of our salvageable property They are very kind and professional I would recommend them to anyone looking for cleanup help after a devastating incident I was especially impressed with Debbie the receptionist Also Robin painstakingly cleans everything until it looks and smells like new As far as I am concerned she is a saint to work so hard!
This is an industry that is created by fear and the need to bilk money from insurance companies and people who are in one of the most stressful times of their lives and these folks are a big contributor to that fraudWe asked to have a mold test performed PRIOR to any remediation and they refused saying that "they already knew there was mold"We opted to find an independent tester before we forked over thousands and thousands of dollars to this company just on their say soBoy are we glad we did because the mold detected in the basement was just slightly above average and after having air scrubbers in the house for days and spending less than 1/10th of what Puroclean wanted us to do on just their word we had a 99.7% clean air quality readingI asked the company for a clear explanation on what the process would be prior to the work being performed and their response to me was "read the estimate"! Obviously they have something to hide as most business do when they are trying to pull something over on the customerMy suggestion is to do your research and don't use companies such as this one that won't clearly define what they know and are going to do prior to billing you for tens of thousands of dollarsBEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
