BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I purchased a "certified pre-owned" ford fusion from this dealershipAnd the very next day I found scratched, chips and dings all in the paintThe leather seat had a hole in it, the trunk doesn't stay up, it falls down and hit you on the headSo, I calmly went back to speak with my salesman, ***, about all of this and he acted like he didn't even know who I wasHe gave me the run around and told me "well, we're not going to fix this because this is going to happen to the vehicle anyways." So I requested to speak to the used car sales manager and he walks out and talks to the salesman in private and then they walk back inside togetherMy salesman returned and said nope, we're not fixing itSo I said "well its only been a few days, I DON"T WANT THIS CAR ANYMORE" he told me there was nothing I could do about itI am currently in the process with ford directly because this incompetent dealership will not help meI PAID: 26,DOLLARS FOR THIS VEHICLE!!!!! And they are treating their customers horribly!!!!! I will be telling absolutely EVERYONE I can about this experience and to NEVER EVER go to Mullinax Ford!!!!
