can you verify the debt to make sure that it is mine's? Also if the dept belongs to a minor,you cannot collect from a minor also! So this is how you run a business!

A parent is responsible for a minor child's account. An account would be in the name of the parent if the patient is a minor child

We are in receipt of this complaint. However, we never received one from the Revdex.com until last week. Our records show that we sent several letters to the complaintant over the last couple of years. We also left messages at the telephone number provided but never received a call back
from the complaintant. However, once this account has been paid in full, we report that as such to the credit reporting bureaus and from the information that we have, the account should be then deleted. After further discussion with our client, we have decided to remove the items in dispute form complainants credit file.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a my form of validation via mail with my signature on it. I have disputed it, because I never had any knowledge of this alleged debt.

According to our records and recorded notes, this consumer has disputed this account numerous times.  We received the first dispute in January 2017.  We sent the consumer a verification letter with all information regarding this account.  We also listed this account as disputed with...

all credit reporting agencies.  Consumer does not specify exactly what is disputed.  We will be happy to discuss account further with consumer.  Accounts are not deleted from a consumers report just because they are disputed.  However, they are listed as disputed accounts with credit reporting agencies.

Again, we have verified all information and responded to consumer's complaint.  If this consumer would like to discuss this further. please have her call 601-[redacted].

This is the second time that I have responded to this same complaint.  We verified the information given to us by complainant.  I believe this account is related to a family member who is a minor.  We have listed this as a disputed debt with the credit reporting agencies. '
