I had this picture in my head of taking out a bedroom and turning it into a big dining room. Tim saw my vision and built me the most beautiful dining room you can imagine. Everyone that works for Tim is wonderful. My son has cerebral palsy but loves building and tools. Several of Tim's men let him help, very safely, but it just put my son over the moon. Tim put up a curtain and kept my house clean, he finished the job in the exact time he said he would, and actually came in under budget. Being new to Phoenix and not knowing who I could trust was tough. I would recommend Tim to anyone that is doing a remodel or having some construction done on their house. DeDe Day

Mullooly Construction, LLC was hired to do a complete remodeling of my kitchen and laundry. Tim, Angel and Mike did an excellent, professional job from start to finish. They showed up on time daily, completed work in a timely, meticulous fashion and kept the job site tidy. They handled permitting, ordering and more, and consulted me on many details of the project, so I was always "in the loop," meaning there were no surprises. I would highly recommend the firm's services.

First impression upon in-person consultation this contractor seemed to be positive; was lead to believe contractor was interested in working with client and a no waste of time or money contractor. This changed after the consult,potential client got the run around to the max. The potential client is a senior citizen; which makes this worse. Due to the positive consultation the potential client attempted to hire contractor and made several attempts to make communication for at least a week, calling and leaving messages many times. Unsure the reasoning for contractor ignoring potential client,maybe job was too small, but nevertheless, a week later a callback was received with poor phone etiquette. Potential client was told no one would be available for an extensive amount of time to do job and made suggestions for them to find own individual job specific services; for example electrician, plumber, etc.. Then the person was also told of potential problems home had that were never written &/ explained during consultation. Of course, no hiring of contractor was made, but please cautious, beware of elderly and ensure everything is in writing.

We have been clients of Mullooly Construction for over 5 years and have been thoroughly satisfied with their performance for projects large and small.. Tim and his crew not only possess a high level of technical skill and design expertise, they are unfailingly courteous and careful as they move around our house. Tim also shows the initiative we would expect of a true professional: He asks the right questions and does not hesitate to suggest changes in a plan if he feels there is a better solution or a way to save money without sacrificing quality. Also, his high-quality work holds up very well over time, and his subcontractors are just as excellent and professional as Tim. We recommend Mullooly Construction without reservation.

Having just completed remodeling of 2 bathrooms, I cannot say enough good things about Tim Mullooly and Mullooly Construction. Tim's work was excellent and he made sure his sub-contractor's work was also excellent. They all showed up on time, were polite, professional and excellent craftsmen. Tim made sure my plans and dreams were carried out the way I wanted them and communicated my desires to everyone on the job. He kept me within the budget and made suggestions along the way. Everyone took good care of my personal belongings during the remodeling process and they cleaned up every day! I am a Realtor and I have already recommended him to my clients and I will continue to recommend him with high praise. I will always hire Tim Mullooly to do any work needed in my home.

We have used Mullooly Construction for three large projects now and are very pleased with their work. The largest job was a complete renovation; removing floors, moving walls, doors, and windows, taking duct work into the attic and removing soffits, etc. I'm most impressed with Tim's approach to hiring subcontractors. Unlike many general contractors, who hire whomever they can find for cheap on a moment's notice, he plans ahead, only uses people he knows and trusts, and manages them well.

Our old home sold and closed faster than we were expecting and he managed to finish the job early so that we could move in - and he finished under budget. Tim has many years experience and is amazing at estimating costs. All three of our jobs came in at or under his estimate.

Mullooly Construction has done projects for five households in our family and we have all been happy to work with him again and again. We recommend him time and again!
