First of all Donald S[redacted] is not a salesperson Donald is my service manager. The sales person is Keith M[redacted].My understanding [redacted] was a long time friend of Donald's.
After Donald talking to [redacted] found she was in bad need of a car.

[redacted] and a friend of hers [redacted] to my dealership to look at the 2003 [redacted]. My understanding is that Donald bought the car for her. Because Donald paid for the car and all transfer fees. He paid us cash $798.00 total.What [redacted] did with Donald I don't know nothing about: maybe she did give Donald money? I don't know?
After Speaking with Donald, he did receive money from [redacted] (for what I don't know).
But, after me pulling my files on this car. I found that [redacted] never bought a car from us at all. In fact [redacted] bought the 2003 [redacted] Donald S[redacted] paid for.
So that means any money that [redacted] gave Donald maybe had nothing to do with this car at all?
FACTS OF THE MATTER ARE
1. [redacted] never bought a [redacted] from Mull's Auto Sales Inc
2 . On 07/22/2015 Keith M[redacted] a sales person from Mull's auto sales Inc. sold a 2003 [redacted] serial #[redacted] to [redacted] . The purchase price was $600.00 plus $198. Doc fee and tax
4. Donald S[redacted] paid for all purchase price and all fees (why I don't know) assume he was a good friends. . The vehicle was sold AS-IS with no warranty of any kind. . The car was a reconstructed vehicle as stated on the buyers guide (signed by purchaser) . If you look at my buyers guide even if the car had a warranty. The warranty would have expired 30 days or 1200 miles which everComes first. . Car was purchased 07/22/2015 and on 10/04/2015 car became undriveable a total of 94 days later well past the 30 days (but this don't even matter it was sold as-is) Enclosed are copies of the following:• Bill of sale• Buyers guide All signed by purchaser• Copy of titleIn closing: My company has been in business since 1980 about 35 years.and We did nothing Wrong. To whom it may concern, Mulls Auto Sales Inc did sell [redacted] a 2004 [redacted] on 11/05/13. Mulls Auto Sales Inc did finance this vehicle to her. The term and payments are to be 30 monthly payments of $429.92 She did a great job at paying till 04/10/15. Since that point she is paying...
whatever she wants and whenever she wants to pay. We have been more than fair with her by not repoing this vehicle. This vehicle should have been paid off a long time ago. The reason she is paying more interest then she agreed to when she bought it is because she did not pay it off when she was agreed to and she is paying interest on the loan till it is paid in full. I also am sending a sheet showing her pay history if that will help you explain it to her better. I called [redacted] on 03/17/2017 and left her know I want this loan paid off by May 30 2017 or I will need to have the vehicle back.If you have any question please call me.Keith Mull manager 03/17/2017

I am rejecting this response because: In the letter mr . mull states that I pay what I want and when I want. that is not true. I pay according to when I get my social security which is the 3rd. wed. of every month and I pay as much as I can afford to pay. they are aware that I now live on a fixed income for I told them that when it happened. Also when speaking to mr. mull he did not give me this may 30 deadline for payoff. he just said he wanted it paid asap but gave no specific date. I will continue to try and find a way to get a payoff for them.
