Review: I initially took my car to be sevice at this multi Chevrolet location in mAy I paid a total of 336.00 for repair and they informed that my car needed several other things to be fix such as throttle body sevice and timing belt. While driving back home I notice a noise there fore I called Jessica the representative at multichevrolet and to,d her about the noise so I took the car back and they fix all the other things that were recommendate on my vehicle at that point I paid over 900humdred dollars and they also and told me my car was in perfect shape I did leave the parking until I called Jessica because it was making a noise they told me it was all in my head and about two weeks my engine light came on and they said to me he shift gear is unable to move this why the engine light came on so they fix that and send me home again then I came back insistenting for someone else to test drive the car because the first time the tech personal went for the drive test with me he asked me to drive although I am not a mechanique, so at this point this new tech drove and told me that I need to replaced the whole top part of my engine and so my car was there for about two weeks and was charged 1820.00 initial price was 2163.35... And my car never been so messed up I feel like they have been taken my money, by the way while in the parking lot the shif gear would not unlock so I called Jessica again and they told me to go home and I complaint about it being wheeled being stiff and the car still jerking driving rough the tech person said yes it does drive rough and that was it, and told me to go home my car have been getting worst And worst each time I go there and they do not care and I refuse to pay money for services that are not being done my car performance is horrible I do not feel like any services was done.. Or have ever been done please help my car dives HORRiBLY!!!!!!Desired Settlement: No payment for sevices that was done any that was already paid should be reimburses, or take my car in and really fix this time free at charge I have spend too much and told too much by them multiverolet to still not have a reliable car I have done EVERYTHING they ask me to do suggest made messioned
Regarding the complaint made by [redacted] Multi Chevrolet denies any wrong doing. We have attempted to get in touch with the customer to have him bring the vehicle in so we can see if there is any thing wrong with the vehicle. We left messages twice on 7/27 and once on 7/28 and the customer has not responded.
Review: I took my car in on April 17, 2015 for a recall and a diagnostic. When I dropped my car off everything was fine, but when I picked it up it sounded like a truck (very loud). I questioned this new noise; first I was told that I brought it in that way then after going back and forth one of the guys said we can pull the video and phone recording. I said sure let's do that, then the manager says we'll do it on Monday. Monday April 20, 2015 I returned to the dealership to try and resolve the issue. Upon my arrivial I was told that they were not going to pull the video or the recorded call, that The recorded call is supposedly not valid after 24 hours and that there video does not have audio.Ultimately I called the police on them to obtain a police report and I will be taking them to court for damages to me vehicle and lost wages.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix what they broke on my vehicle
I am responding to complaint id [redacted],the car was brought into dealership multi chevrolet for outstanding recall completion and a check engine light that was on.the car in question is a 2001 chevrolet monte carlo with 125,224 miles on it. when the car came in on april 17 2015 for the above mentioned concerns the tech stated on back of the repair order that the exhaust system is hanging and needs middle pipe to back of the car along with two rubber hangers with an est. of $1153.00 plus tax for this concern along with an egr valve for the check engine concern both of which [redacted] declined. [redacted] as asked to bring car in on 4/20/15 so we can put it up on a lift to look at the exhaust system and we showed [redacted] that the exhaust was rusted and rotted out we took many pictures and explained to her that is the reason why it was making noise. I recently paid of my truck that I financed thru Multi Chevrolet [redacted]. When I received my title in the mail I was told that I am entitled to all or portion of my Gap protection fee which is typed on my
original contact in the amount of $750.00. I have called several times and left several messages for a [redacted] and [redacted] and have not received even a courtesy contact return call.
Can you please help me in this matter.

Please be advised that the customer paid her loan according to the RIC repayment schedule, and in so doing she was not entitled to a refund. I called [redacted] on 9f23/14 and explained to her why she was not entitled. to a refund. [redacted] now understands the letter she received from the bank and now agrees that she is owed nothing from us at Multi Chevrolet. Thank you.
