I don't even know where to start and how to go about my letter. I am writing you to express my frustration and dissatisfaction of how your technicians diagnosed and handled the repair of our AC system. Since we moved in to our unit and we were the first occupants, we noticed that the AC was mediocre, we thought maybe because it was summer that the AC could just not handle cooling up our space. Your men came in a couple of times when it was still under warranty--- of course at first the receptionist at that time was hesitant to send technicians because she said it's no longer under warranty when you installed the system in 2008 and it took some time for the units in the building to sold. One of the primary reasons why we bought a brand new place with us being the first to occupy is that we don't want to be faced with major maintenance issues and how come that as early as 2010 problems with the AC have come to arise? Was the unit defective right there and then for which your service manager now points out being the cause of our AC not functioning after men had been sent out to try to figure out exactly what seems to be the problem. One guy cut the air handler open to gain access to the valve and never put it back on so we had been cooling up the attic for quite some time which of course added to our electric consumption.

When we attempt to schedule repairs, we don't get a call back most of the time from the service manager. One time the schedule was already set but nobody even dared to call us to say that nobody will show up. We understand that sometimes things happen but I don't think making a simple call is hard to do.

Another schedule was set and the service manager said he will be coming in also but he did not. The technician who was sent to our house the latest just left without saying he will be leaving already. He said that the service manager will just call us because when we asked him what happened why the AC was still not working, he insisted for the manager to explain to us. I was waiting for the phone to ring and we left the door open thinking that he will still come back. So after half an hour, my husband checked his van gone from the parking lot. After a couple of days, no call from the manager until I called him myself.

All these times, the board of directors knows about the problem and my husband have spoken with one of the board of directors that each time they hold a meeting, problems with a resident's ac is put to the table.

Now we are faced with a major and costly repair which only multimechanical had their hands on.

You take pride in superior HVAC installation but if your men cannot even trouble shoot the problem, atleast they tell us if they cannot do it so that we could hire a certified or professional person.
