credit score was Too low for us to qualify for a Conventional MortgageAlong with these Derogs, Collections, there was I believe the biggest reason why credit score was so low was a wells Fargo Mortgage that had been late. We patiently tried to help Mrs*** with non-traditional Lending and we stayed in contactWe were never able to get any loan Approved by the multiple request we had from *** *** to help her RefinanceShe explained they were behind and needed help to pay off debt and needed cash Decwe continued to stayed in contactWe tried again from her request and saw she had a fresh 30day late on her car payment-12/GM FinancialThis dropped her score below 550. I explained to *** that we should just wait and try again in April The reason is that would make her last late mortgage payment (3/16) months seasoned (3/17) and to PLEASE make all her payments on timeJanuary, FebMarch passed and we stayed in contact*** still wanted to try again so in March 2017, I asked her if she have made all her payments on-time for JanFebMarch-She said yesSo we waited till April, and pulled credit based on her requestAgain another day late car paymentI called *** and left her a message if this was in fact trueThis greatly reduced her credit score againApprox. two weeks later she called back and explained that YES IT WAS DAYS LATEShe stated she thought she made it on time on the last day of the month in MarchAnother fresh days lateDropped her score even more. Continued constant contact with Borrower Authorization. Multi-State Home Lending has maintained an A+ ratingWe feel we have been wrongfully SLANDERED and trying to be manipulated into removing credit inquiries because *** *** feels this is the reason for her low credit scores? I request removal of this Flagrant/non warranted Complaint based on the facts
