Multi Web Media Inc. has attempted twice to collect $879.99 from our institution. We have never conducted business with this company, so please be advised that they are attempting to scam unsuspecting persons and institutions out of money for Online Advertising.
We have had multiple of our businesses receive invoices from them. They claim that they were sent in error, and we should have received information.
It is clear they are phishing for checks from businesses who do not read into every invoice. They claim the provide services which they do not.

I received a bogus invoice per mail, from this company on November 28, 2017. It was sent to my address, but didn't have my name on it. The invoice date was 11-20-2017, and the payment was due on December 4, 2017; for the amount of $879.99, for online business advertising, for services rendered Nov. 2016 to November 2017.
I immediately attempted to contact them per phone and received their answering machine, as I knew this invoice was in error. I elected to not leave a message, but decided to look this company up on the internet. Based on the information obtained per the internet, sending bogus invoices is a pattern for this company, based on the claims submitted to the Revdex.com. Oddly enough, others were sent the same type of invoice for the exact same amount.
I don't own a business, I have never been contacted by this company and I have never contacted this company related to any services.
I called the local Revdex.com in *** per phone on November 28, 2017, and was informed to ignore this invoice. Therefore, I am submitting a claim against this company, through the Revdex.com.
None.....but I never received such services and I am not paying this invoice.
They scammed me for $33.71. They did an electronic check transaction directly from my checking account. I am not sure how they even got access to my checking account. They even listed an electronic signature with my name on it. You will need to close your account and get a new checking account if this happens to you

Sent invoice for services never asked for nor received
Received invoice #XXXXXXXX dated 11/13/2017 for business online advertising - Nov 2016 - Nov 2017. We never asked for these services nor did we receive any services. We don't even know what this is for. I have checked with the people in my office and no one remembers speaking with Multi Web Media and there definitely was no authorization for services. This invoice is for $879.99.
I will not pay this invoice but I want to make sure that the company deletes it from their records. Our Revdex.com rating is important to us and I don't want this to adversely affect that.

I received an unauthorized check charge for $30.53 to my account. I have never spoken with anyone or did any business with them. I tried calling the 800 number they listed on the electronic check they paid and the voicemail states all that refunds are being sent out? Refunds for what? What do they do/sell?
Charged $29.65 from Multi Web Place Inc. for no reason. Never dealt with them before.

Definitely a scam...they sent an invoice to us for "Services Rendered in Nov 2016 - Nov 2017." The problem is, I sold that company 3 years ago!! When I called the number, a quiet sound man answered saying "customer service" -- he was coy trying not to tell me what the name of the company I was calling was, but wanted my invoice number. Said his record shows they were supposed to send us an information packet on their company, this was a mistake, he said. I know they hope to get 1000's of these in someone's A/P_ and hope they get p[aid by a few that slip through. Amazing. Hope they rot in h%$#!

Received Fake invoice for charges never rendered
I received an Invoice from this Company on services never Rendered. I specifically spoke to ***, who claims she is from Customer Service, and she would not transfer me to anyone in a Higher Position. She later claims that I should not have sent this invoice and that it was only supposed to be a marketing Advertising Flyer.

This is a serious scam! They took a small amount of money from my account using my husband's name and the only this info was together was when he submitted my check with his *** DMV renewal. These folks are getting lots of small amounts of money from all over the country...Great FBI investigation and/or class action.
Absolutely not this not true at all we do not take any money from anyone's account this is 100 percent false and we do not appreciate anybody making false reports like this

We accept their response, but this business is clearly a scam and they should not be allowed to do business.
No one at *** has ever contacted this company for anything. I developed and manage this site and we do not advertise with anyone.
Multi Web Media Inc. has sent us a FAKE invoice with an invoice number of ***, with an invoice date of '10/23/2017' and a 'DUE DATE: 11/6/2017', for '$879.99' to pay for some type of 'Business Online Advertising' (we have never contracted with anyone for this type of service) from 'Oct. 2016 - Oct. 2017'. Who bills for a service after the fact?
When we called at 2:50 on Friday, 11/3/2017 no one answered and the call was sent to an answering service. I left my number, but they called my father and asked for the invoice number. If they have his company phone number, they should have their FAKE 'invoice number'. Why would they not have that information?
Multi Web Media Inc. also has on the hoax invoice, under the "Terms and conditions": "Please be advised that all late payments will be subject to a 2.5% per month interest penalty. A $55.00 charge will be applied to all items returned as NSF." What a scam!
Where is our "PO number?"
Nowhere on this invoice do they describe specifically what was provide for the "Business Online Advertising" what or where was this fake advertising initiated? Who requested this service??? They do not reference anyone's name as a contact person within our organization. Who id they speak to? Who approved or signed off on this HOAX?
Where is the contract? No one enters into a service agreement without some type of "TERMS" What are those terms? What where they selling?
I do not know what they are talking about - we do not advertise with anyone. What a shake-down!

Our first contact with Multi Wed Media, Inc was to receive a fraudulent invoice on October 23, 2017 for $879.99 for some fictitious service. Multi Web Media, Inc. claimed to provide a service (last year?) for which we have no evidence, verification or confirmation of a service that existed. We (our organization) have never contacted Multi Web Media, Inc. for any type of service from October 2016 to October 2017. We called Multi Wed Media, Inc. at 2:50 pm on Friday, November 3, 2017 and the call was sent to an answering service. Multi Wed Media, Inc. returned the call to my father (not the phone number I left on my message) and asked Dad for the invoice number. If Multi Wed Media, Inc. has our company in their database, shouldn't their FAKE 'invoice number' be in their database as well? We do not understand how or why we would even be in any database for Multi Web Media, Inc. unless this is part of their deceitful practice of claiming to provide an advertising service that never existed.

Even Multi Web Media's response to our complain is misleading and concocted to make it sound like we had an agreement and Multi Web Media's pathetic apologize is laughable.
Everything Multi Web Media, Inc. has done with their 'fake invoice' scam is a TOTAL INCONVENIENCE! Our hope is that other organizations receiving a similar invoice from Multi Web Media, Inc. will closely review and confirm an account and an actual service has been provided before paying for anything.
Beware of invoices from Multi Web Media, Inc. for something that never existed, no purchase order numbers referenced, no contact names listed from within your organization and no direct contact phone numbers for the organization. Multi Web Media, Inc. could not even correctly spell the person's name filing this complaint against them.
To not ever hear from this SCAM organization is truly a blessing.

Our Company, ***, received invoice #*** from Multi Web Media Inc.,*** in the amount of $879.99. I am the only person that answers the phone. I have never spoken to this company nor have I authorized these charges. We are a two person business and neither of us would ever authorize this form of advertising. They don't even have the city correct on the invoice.
Complete removal of this $879.99 bill and no further contact from this company.

Invoiced for unauthorized services rendered oct 2016 to oct 2017 $879.99 We called to see what it was about and were directed to a web ad with our company name that was incorrect and had only 1 review from an entire year??? Now instead of our web site appearing their bogus side bar ad appears first????

They sent an invoice for $879.99 saying we authorized for online advertising, which we never did. Multi web media Inc is a company that is out to scam you.
I was billed $26.09 from this company via my checking account and I NEVER had direct contact with them or authorized them to do any work on my behalf. I woke up today and discovered a false charge with ZERO authorization. I feel anyone who gives them any personal information is going to get scammed... BEWARE!!!! mujltiple violations.....
Scam alert. They sent a false invoice for $879.99 for what the claimed was a Online advertising, which was not authorized. They said it was from 2016 and another said from 2015. Neither are accurate. Very rude on the phone.
