RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have... determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: We have had the storage unit for several years now. On July [redacted] 2016, we were cleaning out the unit and we came across an insane amount of rodent feces and the leather sofas were gnawed on. The manager was immediately made aware of this. I have all pertinent information as well as images from several parties. We then brought the furniture home and realized that there were rodents within the furniture. We contacted and exterminator who assessed the situation and has been on call since then. We found rodent feces in our 5 year old's room and are terrified of where this might go next. We received a call attempting to force us to choose a smaller unit as well as 1/2 a month of storage space free.They tried to force and gave us one day to make a choice that was hasty. We have attempted to peacefully resolve this issue, however, we have yet to reach a resolution. This will be our last peaceful attempt before escalating the issue to an attorney. I called recently to ask for additional information and to this day I have yet to gear back from anyone at the Storage Post where we still keep a unit because it's near our home.Desired Outcome: Store Credit and financial compensation for our damaged furniture as well as exterminator expenses.
