r as well, so that she could contact our live technicians if any issue persists.I believe that I spoke to Ms. carol over the phone few days ago and promised her to cancel the service and refund but somehow I was little slow getting to it. This is to notify the customer and everyone in this matter that we did refund the amount that she paid us also we suspended all service account as per the refund policy. We've also attached refund slip for the record.Hope this resolves the customer’s concern and sorry for the inconvenience.

several virus and pop-up (adware) issues. There were traces of spyware and malware on the computer system as well. This led us to insist that the customer should sign up for our services as they would help him to get rid of the issues.However, we feel sorry for the customer if he paid us for the registration in a pressure or in certain fear and to be honest we did not intent to create such fear around the customer.Hence, we've decided to issue the credit of the amount that customer paid to us. We will also put customer on do not call list so he won't be contacted again even for after sales service.We don't save customer c/c info so we cannot issue a refund but we can mail a refund check. We have tried calling customer to verify his mailing address but could not get in touch with him.I have mailed a check to the address provided in the Revdex.com complaint.
