I am rejecting this response because:this answer is completely irrelevant to my complain, I am aware that I needed to sign online for the autopay, but the website is not very clear, and I did sign for autopay, what I am asking is that the si-called-late fees be removed from my account, since I thought I was enrolled in autopay, but instructions wre not clear. Ok
