I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be somewhat satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved However, if I do not receive my refund of $by January 23, 2015, I will be taking this matter to court I have given the business the benefit of the doubt for almost a month now, and feel that my money should be returned to me as soon as possible I gave the business multiple chances to do right by us, and just had more excuses each time Regards, [redacted]
