I filed Complaint ID: *** on January 20, To resolve the complaint, OnLegacy Network agreed to refund my $after I returned the vouchers and unused kit to their officeI sent the vouchers and unused kit back to OnLegacy via USPS Priority Mail, tracking number *** *** *** *** *** **It was delivered to OnLegacy February 4, I have not received my refund check, and it is now March 18, OnLegacy agreed to refund my money in January 2016, and they have not sent my money even though I sent them the vouchers and kit back as they required. I am rejecting this response because:No actual product was shippedI received vouchers/pieces of paper for my $that were supposed to be good for installation kits/SIMcardsGiving members of OnLegacy paper vouchers instead of actual installation kits/SIMcards, along with charging activation fees for the kits were some of the reasons *** *** cut ties with OnLegacy. I received the pieces of paper (vouchers), but they were supposed to cost $each to activateNow, I have to pay $each to activate directly with *** ***As such, there are increased costs to redeem these pieces of paperI did not bargain for these increased costsThe increased costs came about because OnLegacy was terminated from its agreement with *** ***OnLegacy is in breach of the agreement it had with me, because I will have to pay additional costs to redeem these paper vouchers that they should not have issued in the first placeI demand a refund to compensate me for the breach.I seek a refund of the $I paid to OnLegacy, which is the upfront value for the vouchers kits/SIMS at $eachOnLegacy took my $450, sent me paper, and are now trying to make me redeem the value of this paper from a different company for additional costs and fees
