Review: have not received the hard copy manual for the online course. It's been 2 weeks.

Monday June 17th purchased online NCS course for $350.00 which was charged to my visa debit card. Received email June 26th from [redacted] stating it was shipped to wrong address and her co-teacher would send out the manual to my correct address. I have not received the book or heard from [redacted] since June 26th.Desired Settlement: I prefer to receive the hard copy manual in a reasonable amount of time(as it's been almost 3 weeks and still no book).

If I cannot have the manual I would then prefer a total refund.

Manual was sent via email on June 18, 2013 and by mail on June 19 and again on June 26 by assistant [redacted] was sent again with delivery confirmation, number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, via USPS Priority mail.

while I do agree the email version of the manual was sent 5 days after payment, per there own website states when the course is paid in full you will receive the physical manual. The following is an outline of events based on email correspondence between myself and multiple blessings:

6/17 received email saying paid in full

6/23 received email version of manual

6/26 received email stating manual shipped to wrong address and that her assistant would re-mail

7/5 emailed the business to let them know at this point 18 days after payment I was concerned and was taking action notifying Revdex.com and possibly the cc company

7/9 received a tracking number. manual has not shown up in the system as of today, but could take a couple of days

We are 28 days from the date of purchase still no book.
