It's obvious that this company doesn't want to pay me and hopes I just give up inquiring of them why I have stopped receiving emails from them to read and be credited to my account There have been many times emails stopped coming in and I was told that I should change my interests settings which I did Now that my account has reached 24.99, once again no emails are coming in, so because they won't let me earn this one penny to reach my goal then I am unable to cash out after many, many months and even years of reading their emails Very disheartening

Review: Hits4Pay advertises widely a service wherein "members" are "paid" read advertisements. to become a member, you sign up, agree to their Terms and Conditions, then start the program. The Terms and Conditions include a payment scheme, wherein a Member can request paymet after their account reaches $25. Payment terms are that an account is cleared out on the 1st of the month, with payment sent directly to Paypal "between the **th and **th" of the month. I was due payment under this scheme and per Hits4Pay's Terms and Condition on or before June **th, 2013. When payment didn't arrive I emailed the company and was responded with a very terse "You will be paid in July." This violates their Terms and Conditions. Further, today I looked at my account and Hits4Pay has now come up with a new "excuse" not to pay me. They claim they don't have the necessary tax forms on file and that I should "call the office" about this. Instead of taking time out of my work day tomorrow to "call the office", I went through the Member Section of their website to their link for filling out the required tax forms. Even though I have filled these forms out before, and been paid accordingly, I filled them out again. And lo and behold what does their site tell me?? "Tax Forms are already on file, no need to submit them again." So more wasting of my time. Please work with this company to stop their bait and switch advertising. Its clear they are taking money from their advertisers, falsely advertising a program that "pays" its member, yet failing to ever pay the members via shifting "Terms and Conditions" that they switch up on their whim. When the switching up doens't work, they start making up new excuses like "Oops, we don't have your tax information!" Its ridiculous, needs to be stopped.Desired Settlement: Payment in full on or before July *, 2013.

They are not advertisers so for Ms. [redacted] to refer to herself as an advertiser and to

put the amount of purchase of 25.00 is false. Ms. [redacted] will be paid.

She has been paid before so that means she did fill out the required w-9 form.

Yes, we did change the payment terms last year. We tried a new payment system in January 2012 that

did not work well and this set us back 30 days, but all members are paid within the new terms which is on

the site for anyone to see who is a member and we also sent an update to our members regarding this. So for

her to say this is a bait and switch scheme is also untrue:
