Multipro Heating & Air Conditioning

Review: I signed a three year service contract with this business to provide yearly routine maintenance on my furnace, beginning in 2011. We were also to get a discount on any necessary parts if needed. They performed the service one time and did not give me a copy of the contract he had promised. The next year I called, he stated he would have to call back to schedule the service appointment but never did. Since then the phone number is no longer in service and we have not received our agreed upon and paid for maintenance.Desired Settlement: Since the business is no longer in the area I believe, there probably is no chance of getting my money back. I just want this to be a publicly known fact.
