We are sorry the customer feels like we are giving him the run around, it was not our intention. We received the initial email from the customer:"Hi I recently ordered a salmon bar that was suppose to be made from mapleIt seems very weak and made from what looks like pineI had a 170lb
client on it and it seemed to flex pretty badCan I get a return slip to get this sent back to youVery disappointed in the product"Based on the message above, we assumed that maple pole was used and possibly defectiveTo better understand our customer's concern on the degree of flex, we requested some pictures to help validate the customer's claimAfter we received the pictures from the customer, we agreed to refund the customer for the cost of the pole ($50), and possibly the shipping on the item ($24.78)We requested that the item be returned (a return label has already been provided) to be reviewed for any defectiveness. We agreed if we deemed the maple pole is defective we will refund the customer for the shipping cost ($24.78) We believe we have followed our return guidelines listed via our website:"Returns are available for unused items with original packaging within days of purchasePurchasing party is responsible for round-trip shipping to and from Get RXd warehousePleasedownload the return form for return instructions and send back with original packagingWe address each situation on a case-by-case basisIf you are dissatisfied for any reason, please [email protected] Return Form "We believe we fulfilled the customers order, by providing a 60",1.25" thick *** *** ladder poleWe agree the item was purchased within daysEven though our return policy clearly states the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping to and from Get RXd warehouse, we are only holding the customer responsible for shipping from Get RXd warehouse, until further review of the poleGiven the customer claims the maple pole is defective, we will need to review the product ourselvesIf we agree with the customer, that product is defective, we will refund the shipping "from Get RXd"Please see attached file for the email thread between the customer and *** ***. After confirming with our supplier, we agree that the customer was provided with a 60", 1.25" thick [redacted] ladder pole and the order was fulfilled. Because the customer was not satisfied with the product we provided the customer with a return label to return the [redacted] ladder pole. As of 4/25/16, we received the [redacted] ladder pole. We have decided to refund the customer for the cost of the [redacted] ladder pole and the original cost of shipping.Thank you.

Based on the message above, we assumed that maple pole was used and possibly defective. To better understand our customer's concern on the degree of flex, we requested some pictures to help validate the customer's claim. After we received the pictures from the customer, we agreed to refund the customer for the cost of the pole ($50), and possibly the shipping on the item ($24.78). We requested that the item be returned (a return label has already been provided) to be reviewed for any defectiveness. We agreed if we deemed the maple pole is defective we will refund the customer for the shipping cost ($24.78)

Given the customer claims the maple pole is defective, we will need to review the product ourselves. If we agree with the customer, that product is defective, we will refund the shipping "from Get RXd". Please see attached file for the email thread between the customer and [redacted].
