This company contacted us by a fast talking salesman It sounded good at first but as we checked into it, it was not what they said Now they want us to pay $3,for doing nothing It was a verbal agreemnt which they said was legal in Texas We checked with a law firm in Texas and that is not true.Stay a away from this company
The customer service has been great in setting up our services. I have not struggled to get a hold of the people I needed and all calls are promptly returned. I didn't feel like they were chasing the check, they make me feel like they are genuinely interested in showcasing the product in the best light possible. Bryce has been my point of contact and he is helpful, intelligent, and understanding of my schedule.
This company spends all of it's energy selling you and then pressing you to renew before they provide any services. Their represented services are unregulated, untraceable and simply don't work. Efforts to cancel the contract or have then actually provide tangible services is met with multiple layers of resistance, including a full-time "Credit Resolution Manager". We are nearly $200 million in sales and we don't have even a part-time Credit Resolution Manager. I would not recommend this firm or this service to anyone.
