The material and look is good; but the installation instructions are very misleading to a fault. The spikes are plastic and the "pre-drilled" holes do not go all the way through and snap off. Really do they think plastic will hammered through recycled rubber per the instructions? Had to drill through and spike still broke, finally bought metal spikes and drilled 48 holes to complete the project. To make matters worse I called customer service and the rude lady started to tell me she could send me new spikes that are flawed to begin with and it would take 3-4 days and I did not need to buy metal ones before I could finish my thought to her. When I told her I need to finish the project the same day she said if I didn't want spikes there was nothing she could do. She told me also to drill a hole then drive the plastic spike which is clearly not on the instructions and rudely brushed me off; so they know the product instruction is misleading and train there customer service reps to blow smoke. Thoroughly disappointed will NEVER by any product from MY Home again.
