We recently moved into a new home. The move was causing a lot of stress so we decided to hire movers for the first time. Smitty Movers was recommended by a trusted friend so we called them. Not only did they arrive early but they were friendly, patient, and loaded two trucks with all of our belongings in less than three hours. We were impressed from start to finish and would HIGHLY recommend them FOR ANY MOVE YOU NEED HELP WITH!!!
This was a great company. They notified me when they were on the way to my property. Smitty Movers were a great company for me to use for moving. The movers were friendly. They were a great help at this stressful time. This was a great experience for me.
They were great! Showed up early and even gave me a call to let me know that they were on their way! I had them pack up my stuff and move it to my new apartment. They did it all without breaking anything. The co-owner and employee were very polite and worked very fast and efficient. They were even able to pick up all of my very heavy furniture without any problems. I would highly recommend everyone to call smitty movers if they want a stress free move. Thank you so much smitty movers! I will definitely be calling you again for any and all future moves.
Smitty Movers was an excellent choice. These guys are FAST, efficient, professional and speak english. My belongings were in tip top shape. They wouldn't even take a break when I suggested it. It wasn't an easy move as stairs were involved and they AC was out in my unit. I finally forced them to accept some Gatorade as it was clearly exhausting.
On a scale of 1 to 10 = I give them an 11!!
In reviewing my comments on how to resolve the issue- I do not need the full amount refunded. I just want what I paid for: my cd's with ALL my edited pictures, and the 8x8 photo album. Even though the services were under par, I honestly just want my products I paid for of the memories of my wedding....
