Mum's Flowers

Review: I wanted to order flowers for my girlfriend and have them delivered to her work. I found Mum's Flower's online and founds the flowers I wanted. The price was $57.95 plus $10.00 for same day delivery and Tax for $1.16 for a total of $69.11. I entered my info and clicked on to the payment page where they increased the delivery charge to $15.00 so my total was $74.11 I was annoyed by the sudden price increase but wanted to get her the flowers so I accepted the higher price. Later I received a call from Mum's saying that there was another price increase of $7.00 for a total of $12.00 more then Mum's is advertising it for. Now my girlfriend works less then a miles from their store so it was not a distance issue. The lady at Mum's wanted me to pay the added $7.00 for the flowers and delivery. She exsplaned that they use a third party website for their e-commerce who runs that part and they where not responsible for the error. I told her that I did not go to a third party site I was on [redacted]. She told my that they would not deliver the flowers with out the extra $7.00. I asked to speak to the owner who has never me back. I refused to pay the extra charge and canceled my order. I have photos of Mum's web page with the pricing as well as the email Order Confirmation from Mum's. I also have the voice mail from Mum's asking for more money after I placed my order. Purely on principle I called another flower shop and payed over $90.00 to get the flowers I wanted so it is not about the money. I would not recommend their service to anyone.Desired Settlement: I want the owner to change they way she conducts her business and honer the prices she posts on her website [redacted].
